A LITTLE ABOUT DENISE

From an early age, I discovered my calling for childbirth. I attended my first birth 25 years ago and was moved by such great miracle and blessing from God. A deep and abiding passion was developed for working with childbearing families, which inspired me to become a birth doula and childbirth educator.

With 14 years of hospital work experience in childbirth and parenting education has prepared me for doula support both in person and virtually. I have provided assistance to hundreds of expectant parents from different countries, different cultural backgrounds, different ages and needs, in order to prepare them for the birth of their baby in a hospital, or in a home or in a birth center setting.

My ultimate goal and desire is for you to have the knowledge and confidence you need as you prepare for the birth of your baby through spiritual, informative, emotional and physical support, before, during and after the birth of your child.

In my free time, I enjoy giving back to my church, to my community and native country Panama by providing support to women and their families through the journey of pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.
